Today's Lunch: Greens with chicken strips, a bit of lite thousand island dressing and chopped almonds with dried cranberries and raisins.
I am back again in healthy. This time, it is greens on my menu. I bought recently some almond chops in packs which were on sale. Just mixed it with raisins and dried cranberries and I eat them as snacks. And they're perfect toppers for salads.
This won't really fill me up so I eat 5 times in a day. Small portions of meals though. No rice and just healthy food. I cook brown rice sometimes if I am craving for rice.
