Deviled Eggs


 Here is an easy deviled recipe without the dijon mustard. My kids don't really like it. So I omitted it and only used the remaining ingredients listed on recipes website.

Ingredients

10-12 pcs eggs; 2 tbsps mayonnaise; 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar; salt and pepper to taste;  paprika


Boil the eggs for about 20-25 minutes. Let it cool and peel each. Then cut in halves, remove the yolks set aside egg whites.

In a bowl, add all ingredients to the yolks and mix until creamy. Scoop out using a spoon and fill egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle some paprika before serving. Enjoy~

Beef and Cheese Dip for Chips


 I was originally planning to cook tacos for tonight but the taco shells went bad. Bummer! So instead, we use tortilla chips.

I added some shredded cheese and warmed it. Add some chips and tada!!! Chips with Beef and Cheese Dip. The beef was seasoned with taco seasoning. Kids love them so we are good for dinner tonight.

Sweet Potato Wedges


 Giys I am addicted to this!!! 

Everytime I go to the store, I always end up buying 6-8 pieces of sweet potatoes or yams. But we like the former better. Not to sweet and they are really good when baked as wedges. Kids love them so I always make them for snacks.

Mixed Veges with Chicken Meat


 Here is a very easy dish if you have left-over ingredients. 

Here, I used a 16 oz pack of frozen mixed vegetables which contains green peas, carrots, green beans and corn kernels. I cooked them according to the package instructions. If you will use a microwave, you just have to place the vegetables in a microwaveable dish, add a tablespoon water, cover with a cling wrap and microwave for 6-7 minutes. Set aside.

Another ingredient is the left-over chicken meat. We had a rotessier chicken the other day so I just shredded the meat and warm it up with the other ingredients. For seasoning, I use "Better than Bouillon" which really makes food taste yummy. It is a paste that is made of chicken broth. A teaspoon is equivalent to a cube of bouillon or a small can of chicken broth. It is a fave of mine! It is organic and I got it from Costco. 

Cooking the ingredients are easy. You just have to add a bit of olive oil or any oil, heat the meat and add the veges. They are all cooked so you are just warming them up and add seasoning since the veges are not seasoned yet. Serve and enjoy~
