Paksiw na Isda: Swai Fish fillets in a pot filled with a cup of cider vinegar, a cup of water and plenty of pepper corns, 3pcs whole crushed garlic +garlic powder 😁
Add all ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer until cooked around 20 minutes or more until half of the juice has evaporated. Make sure there is still juice left.
I used no salt but this tastes good already. Juice is kinda sweet. You can add soy sauce or salt to make it tastier. Enjoy~
