This is Alaskan Pink Salmon Fillet in Sweet Teriyaki Sauce. It was pre-marinated when I bought it. It was like $7.99/lb but got it with 30% off discount. I don't buy fish it it is not on sale or no discount. It is really expensive here. Regular price is $9.99-$10.99 a lb.
Anyway, I baked the fish for 30 minutes or so until golden brown at 450°F. Served with brown rice and mixed veges with chicken meat. Yum!
