Easy Home-Made Sushi

Sushi by request. My son loves them.

Here is how I make my sushi without a roller. I misplaced my wooden roller so I used aluminum foil instead and it worked. I prepared all ingredients beforehand. The amount of ingredients depends on how many rolls you gonna make. You may start with 1 piece of each.

Fillings are sliced thinly and lengthwise. Just enough to fit in your seaweed sheets when rolled

Ingredients: Pickled Carrots, Cucumber, Avocado, Seaweed Sheets, White Rice, Cooked Shrimp

I ran out of seaweed sheets so I used the smaller ones. If there is a will, there is a way ☺

Just place rice flat on seaweed sheets with avocado and ham slices over it. The seaweed packs that I bought were already flavored with spiced chili. You may add pickled cucumber and carrots too. Just layer them. I was supposed to add shrimp but Daddy ate them all lol

How I wish i have pickled ginger, it really goes well with sushi. I omit wasabi since I am not a fan.

Hope you like this alternative way of making sushi...Enjoy~
