Here is a very healthy and yummy easy recipe for Salmon or any fish. I also bake rockfish and tilapia but Salmon is perfect and hubby and son loves it. They can make sandwiches with it.
Salmon is food for the liver. Since I had fatty liver, I watched my diet at times. Still being careful on what I eat. So here is what I love most when eating healthy.
My plate has half of the avocado with a bit of honey, spring mix greens, walnuts, baked salmon and garlic shrimp in olive oil. My son loves shrimp!
Now, for the baked Salmon. You can season it however you want. I like salt-free seasoning on mine with lots of garlic powder and pepper. Then bake uncover in the oven at 450°F for 15-30 minutes. Bake for 15minutes for every 12oz of Salmon. I always bake more than a lb so I bake it for 30 minutes. Skin will be crunchy and taste good! I eat it too☺
