Here is a healthy dinner for everyone. Baked chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce, brown rice, steamed veges with pepper and pinto bean.
The chicken was marinated overnight with Teriyaki sauce. It was a pre-made sauce and bought it together with the chicken from Albertson's. They are really good. But I also marinate my own chicken with Teriyaki sauce that I bought from Costco. It is really good (Mr Yoshita brand).
Bake the marinated chicken at 450° F for 45-55min. I cover it so it won't dry up then take out cover 15 minutes before I turn off the oven to have a beautiful brown color on the meat. Either way is still yummy. Enjoy~
