Sweet Ground Beef and Vege Egg Rolls

Happy New Year to All!!!

As for my first entry for the new year, I made my own egg rolls. This is easy and if you like something sweet, you will love this!

1 lb ground beef
1 16 oz frozen fresh vege pack, thawed
Yoshida's sweet and savory seasoning
salt and pepper (optional)
1-2 packs of egg roll wrappers
1-2 tbsp oil
garlic, minched

Cook ground beef and strain fat if there is. Set aside.
Heat oil, sautee garlic. Add veges. Cook. Then add ground meat.
Season with Yoshida's seasoning. You can get this at Costco. Or just add beef  cubes/powder for flavoring if you don't like it sweet. You may also just add salt and pepper.
Set aside and let it cool.
You may cut the egg roll wrappers in two triangular shapes.
Use a spoon to scoop the meat into the wrapper, roll and seal with water.
Fry in a deep fryer for 6-9 min at 350 deg F. You may also bake it at 375 for a few minutes until wrapper is golden brown. Make sure you brush the egg rolls with oil before you bake them.
Serve with chili sauce. Enjoy!
