It was a nice sunday afternoon when the kids were around at the house. I love to bake when they are at home. So I made some brownies for everybody to enjoy. We prepared it with scoops of ice cream in a bowl and topped with almonds. Crunchy, creamy and sweet! The kids loved it. Another easy dessert or snacks to enjoy.

This is my version of pigs in a blanket. I call it sausage and ham wraps. Instead of using bacon slices to wrap around the lil smoked sausages, I used ham slices. I cut it to small pieces and wrapped it around the sausages. The toothpicks were used to keep the ham stays in place. I sprinkled brown sugar on top then put it in the oven (350 deg preheated). When the sugar melts, it's done. This is a perfect appetizer for any special dinner.

Do you have left-over turkey meat from a nice dinner? Here is one way on how to consumed your turkey meat. I like it this way so I am sharing this hoping that you might want to try it. My hubby likes it so maybe you will like it too. It's simple. You just need flour or corn tortilla, cheese (we use pepper jack, our favorite!), the turkey meat and hot sauce or salsa. Just put the tortilla on a paper towel on a plate, then top it with cheese. Melt it in the microwave, about 25-30 seconds. Then add the turkey meat, you may heat it again. Add a salsa or sauce of your choice and wrap. Enjoy your quick burrito.

Hi guys! Today's Meal is steak with green beans and baked potato topped with cream corn and sprinkled with lots of pepper, mmmmmmm. I like it spicy so I put a lot of pepper. It's a quick meal aside from grilling the steak for a few minutes. But the potato was cooked in the microwave for 5 minutes for poked two pieces of potatoes which were then wrapped with a sandwich bag. Hubby prepares it with butter, covering the potatoes with it but I like it without the butter. The cream corn and green beans were taken out from a can. Just heated it and served. Have a nice dinner everyone!
