This is another dish cooked by Olga's Mom. Chicken Adobo with Upo and Ampalaya leaves. It's another Adobo version that you will like too. I like ampalaya (Bitter Melon) even if it's bitter. We grew up eating the bitter fruit so the leaves is not that bitter for me. Upo tastes good with any meat too. It's absorbs juice and that makes it so tasty. Aside from upo, sayote and papaya can also be used.
