Breakfast Fried Potatoes

This is hubby's quick recipe for breakfast potatoes. Mine always have onions and peppers. But he prefers this kind over my style. You only need a few pieces of potatoes peeled and cubed, and cooking oil. He fried it, stirring occasionally, and served it with our favorite ham and cheese omelet and Filipino breakfast hotdogs. And a cup of coffee made a start of his beautiful day.
