Macaroni Salad

A visitor has requested this Filipino style Macaroni Salad and this recipe is what my Mom always uses. This is easy and tasty too. In Philippines, we use kilo instead of a lb so 1k is equivalent to 2.2 lb (thanks Mrs J). It is also up to you to adjust the amount of ingredients you will use as long as it is proportioned. To the person who requested this, sorry if it took me long to post this. I forgot all about it because I was too busy at that time. I was reminded when my Mom prepared this salad during my brother's thanksgiving and birthday party last Bonifacio Day.

-1 kilo macaroni
-2 cans condensed milk (you may add 1 to make it sweeter)
-2 box nestle cream (you may add 1 to make it creamier)
-2 kilos mayonnaise
-1 gal fruit cocktail(Today's or any brand)
-1 box cheese, cubed

Cook macaroni as directed on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a big bowl, mix all ingredients and chill in the fridge for a few hours. Serve as a dessert.

You may also add kaong and pickles.
