Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges

This is a Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges copycat recipe by Insider's Book. I like potato wedges, I even asked my husband before how it was cooked. It was my first time to try these when I came here. I haven't tried potato wedges in Philippines. We do have camote cue (fried sweet potato with sugar) but we cook potatoes with meat. The fast food does have smashed potatoes but I haven't heard of the wedges. I like my family to try the recipe so they can cook it and try it. I like its crunchiness and it is perfect with fried chicken. Sounds like few more pounds will be gained after :)

7 or 8 new red potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1/4 pound butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. dried dill weed

Wash potatoes well and boil until barely soft. Drain, and cut
potatoes in wedges. Melt 1 stick of butter, in large frying
pan (use only real butter) and saute garlic for about one minute.
Add potatoes and the rest of the seasonings. Pan−fry the potatoes
until they are lightly brown.
