Beef and Cheese Dip

This is an easy and quick recipe for Beef and Cheese Dip. It is a little bit spicy and you may add more hot chili if you want. Kids would surely like this and even the grown-ups. I would definitely make this because I like it so much for my chips. Cheese is always my favorite with chips especially if it is more spicy and hot.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild green chiles
1 pound processed cheese spread (Kraft Velveeta), cubed
1 bottle taco sauce
corn chips

Brown beef and drain well. In a skillet, add cheese, chili and taco sauce. Cook on medium high-heat until cheese is melted. Stir occasionally. Serve with corn chips.
