Today's Meal

Today's meal was rice with Cajun Chicken Stir-fry and stir-fried baby corn for the side dish. I had Fruit shake with Non-fat milk and a piece of an apple. Oh boy, my appetite is getting bigger again. Work is really tiring that made me eat a lot after. When I was still working before in Philippines, I was a rice-eater. I ate a lot but I never gained so much weight. My metabolism was faster compared now and I was really active than today. I was glad that I have started work already because I can walk, play and exercise with my students and by myself. I walk to the McDonald's or Papa O's everyday after class instead of waiting for hubby at the parking lot. It is good for me but when I reach home or the office, I eat a lot. At least, I have burnt my calories before that LOL
